How getService works in 3 steps

How to use getService in 3 steps:

Guest scans the cube on the table

Whenever the guest wants to order or call a waiter, he simply scans the QR code or taps the NFC chip on the top side of the cube with his smartphone

Guest sends order or signal via Smartphone

Buttons to Order, Pay, and Service are displayed. If the guest presses a button, he sends the corresponding signal to the restaurant.

POS terminal or tablet receives orders

The request is directly assigned to the responsible waiter. The POS system or the waiter confirms the signal, which in turn will be displayed to the guest.

getService is ready to support your service team in few steps

1.set up table cube

Place the numbered table cubes (service cubes) on the corresponding tables

2.Set up one or more receivers

Set up your own tablets or smartphones as receivers (see Receiving variants)

3.Login

Open your browser, enter the URL for the waiter application and do login

4.Configure waiters

Create new waiters and assign them to areas

... and you are ready to receive signals from your guests in real-time

Receiving variants for the service team

Variant A:

Tablet as central receiving station

Receive your guests' wishes on your own tablet. Place it as a central station for your waiters near the till.

Variant B:

Smartphones as individual receivers

As an alternative to the tablet your waiters can receive signals from your guests individually on their smartphone. With this variant, the respective waiter only receives the signals for which he/she is responsible for.
